About Us
For over 30 years Crosswinds dedicated staff has been using a holistic approach in assisting individuals with disabilities reach their fullest potential.
Crosswinds is one of 37 agencies in New Brunswick that provides services to individuals with disabilities through the A.D.A.P.T. program funded by Social Development.
Our Mandate
To facilitate for persons with disabilities, increased opportunities for developing community connections, improved life skills, accessing of education and employment opportunities which result in an improved quality of life.

Employment Assistance Services
The EAS program provides employment related services for individuals with disabilities, including intellectual or developmental; psychological or emotional; deaf or hard of hearing and blind or visually impaired.

- Employment Related Workshops
- Referrals for Community Programs
- Access Government Funding
